These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "Member", "You") and Bighoki55 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform", "Bighoki55") governing your access to and use of the Bighoki55 online casino and sports betting platform accessible at bighoki55.cam and all associated applications, services, and products offered thereunder.

Bighoki55 is an English-language online gaming platform serving players in Malaysia. By creating an account, logging in, depositing funds, or otherwise accessing the Bighoki55 platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be unconditionally bound by these Terms in their entirety, along with ourPrivacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply throughout this document and all related policies:

• "Wagering Requirement" The total aggregate bet amount a Player must place before bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal. Expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 10x, 18x, 35x) applied to the bonus principal.
• "KYC" Know Your Customer — the identity verification process conducted by Bighoki55 to confirm a Player's identity, age, and payment method ownership in compliance with applicable regulations.
• "MYR / RM" Malaysian Ringgit — the official currency of Malaysia. All deposit, withdrawal, and bonus amounts on the Bighoki55 platform are denominated in MYR unless otherwise stated.
• "Self-Exclusion" A voluntary mechanism by which a Player requests that their Account be suspended or restricted for a defined period or permanently, as part of responsible gambling measures.
• "Prohibited Player" Any individual who is ineligible to use the Platform due to age, geographic restrictions, prior account bans, or any other disqualifying factor as defined in these Terms.

To register and maintain a Bighoki55 Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the duration of your membership:

1. Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. Bighoki55 strictly enforces a minimum age policy of 21 years for all registered members. Submission of false information regarding your age constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.
2. Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contractual agreement under the laws applicable to you.
3. Not a Prohibited Player: You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the Bighoki55 platform or any affiliated platform.
4. Single Account: You must not hold, nor have previously held, another active or suspended Account on the Bighoki55 platform under any name, identity, or alias.
5. Own Funds Only: Funds deposited into your Account must be your own lawfully obtained money. You must not deposit or wager funds on behalf of another individual or entity.
6. Not Acting in a Professional Capacity: You must not access the Platform in the course of a business or in a professional gambling capacity that exploits systematic betting strategies intended to undermine the Platform's operational integrity.

To access the full range of services offered by Bighoki55, you must register a member Account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete personal information including but not limited to: your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and preferred payment method details.

You warrant that all information supplied during the registration process and at any subsequent point is truthful and accurate. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of any Player Balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where warranted.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication details. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Bighoki55 will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to maintain credential security.

Bighoki55 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

Bighoki55 supports a range of Malaysian payment methods for depositing and withdrawing funds. Accepted channels include DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, Hong Leong Connect, and approved cryptocurrency channels (BTC, ETH, USDT).

All transactions on the Bighoki55 platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless an alternative currency is explicitly made available for specific payment method. The minimum deposit amount is RM30 unless a higher minimum is specified for a particular payment channel or promotional offer.

Deposits: Deposits made via e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) and DuitNow are typically credited to your Player Balance within 60 seconds. FPX bank transfers and online banking channels (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, Hong Leong Connect) are typically credited within 5 to 15 minutes subject to bank processing times. Bighoki55 does not impose transaction fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply independent charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to successful KYC identity verification. Unverified accounts cannot process withdrawals. Once KYC is approved, withdrawal requests submitted during standard processing hours are handled within the platform's stated processing timeframe. Bighoki55 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests before processing.

Payment Method Matching: Withdrawals must generally be directed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. This is anti-moneylaundering measure and is non-negotiable. Exceptions may be made at the sole discretion of Bighoki55 upon satisfactory verification.

Bighoki55 offers various promotional incentives to new and existing members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, birthday bonuses, referal rewards, and platform migration bonuses. All promotions are governed by these Terms and any additional specific terms published alongside the relevant promotion.

Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds awarded by Bighoki55 are subject to wagering requirements (also referred to as "rollover requirements") before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier applied to the bonus principal (e.g., a 10x wagering requirement on a RM100 bonus requires RM1,000 in total qualifying bets before withdrawal eligibility is established).

Maximum Bet Restriction: While bonus funds are active in your account, the maximum permitted bet per round, spin, or wager is capped. Placing bets in excess of the stated maximum bet limit while bonus funds are active constitutes a breach of bonus terms and may result in the cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings at Bighoki55's sole discretion.

Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each bet placed towards clearing the wagering requirement. Table games such as baccarat, blackjack, and roulette typically contribute a lower percentage (commonly 10%–20%). Live dealer games may have variable contribution rates. Specific contribution rates for all games are available in the relevant promotion terms.

Bonus Expiry: All bonuses carry an expiry period, typically 7, 14, or 30 calendar days from the date of issue, as specified in the relevant promotion terms. Bonus funds and associated winnings that have not met wagering requirements by the expiry date will be automatically forfeited.

Anti-Abuse Policy: Bighoki55 reserves the right to withold, suspend, or void any bonus or associated winnings where there is reasonable suspicion of bonus abuse, coordinated wagering, low-risk hedging strategies, or any form of exploitation intended to circumvent the intended purpose of promotional offers.

All bets, wagers, and gaming activity conducted on the Bighoki55 platform are subject to the rules applicable to the relevant game category. For sports betting (including EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UEFA and UFC markets), bets are governed by the Bighoki55 sportsbook rules as published on the platform at the time the wager is placed.

Bighoki55 operates all casino games using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Live dealer games are streamed from licensed international studios operating under independent oversight. RTP (Return to Player) percentages for all games are available in the respective game information sections.

In the event of a technical error, system failure, or manifest error that results in an incorrect payout or eroneous bet acceptance, Bighoki55 reserves the right to void affected bet(s) and restore the Player's Account to its state immediately prior to the error, regardless of any temporarily displayed win or credit. Any winings derived from a manifest error shall not be considered valid.

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and per wager type. These limits are displayed within each game interface and may vary by game category, account tier, and applicable promotional terms in force.

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the Bighoki55 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all balances, and where applicable, referal to law enforcement agencies:

• Registering more than one Account under any name, identity, address, IP address, device, or payment method;
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC verification;
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, bugs, or errors to gain an undue advantage;
• Using automated systems, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform in place of a human player;
• Coluding with other players, Bighoki55 employees, or any third party to gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in organised or systematic bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, coordinated low-risk wagering, and hedging strategies designed to exploit promotional terms;
• Engaging in chargebacks on legitimate transactions processed via Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, or any other payment channel;
• Attempting to access other members' accounts without authorisation;
• Sharing, selling, or transfering your Account credentials or player balance to any third party.

Bighoki55 is obligated to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements. KYC verification is mandatory for all Members prior to the processing of any withdrawal request, and may also be required at any other time at the Platform's discretion.

Standard KYC documentation requirements include: a valid government-issued photo identification (Malaysian MyKad, Driver's Licence, or Passport), proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 3 months), and verification of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of e-wallet account or bank statement showing account ownership).

Failure to submit satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe requested by Bighoki55 will result in the suspension of withdrawal capabilities until verification is completed. Bighoki55 reserves the right to withold funds pending successful KYC completion. All KYC documentation is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Typical KYC processing time is24 to 48 business hours from the date of complete document submission. Players will be notified by email or in-platform notification upon successful verification or if additional documentation is required.

Bighoki55 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member Account at its sole discretion and without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, illegal, or prohibited conduct;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Discovery that the Account holder does not meet the minimum age eligibility criteria;
• Discovery of duplicate or linked accounts held by the same individual;
• Request from a regulatory or law enforcement authority;
• Extended account inactivity in accordance with the Platform's dormancy policy.

Upon closure of an Account due to Member breach, any balance attributable to bonus funds, bonus winings, or funds derived from prohibited conduct shall be forfeited in full. Deposits attributable to confirmed legitimate funds may be returned at Bighoki55's sole discretion following a review period.

Members may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary closure requests are subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and processing of any pending withdrawal requests.

Bighoki55 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and maintaining a safe gaming environment for all Members. Gambling is intended as form of entertainment and must not be treated as a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties.

The following responsible gambling tools are available to all registered Members via the Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control their spending.
• Session Time Reminders: Alerts that notify Members of the duration of their current gaming session.
• Cooling-Off Period: A temporary account restriction of 24 hours,7 days, or 30 days, during which no deposits or wagers may be placed.
• Self-Exclusion: A voluntary, longer-term account suspension ranging from 6 months to permanent. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. Members who have self-excluded will not receive promotional communications for the duration of the exclusion period.

All content, materials, design elements, software, text, graphics, logos, icons, audio, video, and user interface components displayed or made available on the Bighoki55 platform are the exclusive intellectual property of Bighoki55 or its licensed content providers, and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Bighoki55 platform solely for personal and non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not grant you any rights to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without prior written consent from Bighoki55.

Any unauthorised use of Bighoki55's intellectual property constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to civil and criminal liability under applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bighoki55 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, or any other commercial or financial loss.

Bighoki55 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, error-free, or free from interruption. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, third-party service disruptions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability of some or all Platform services.

In jurisdictions where the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages is not permitted by law, Bighoki55's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable legislation.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which Bighoki55 operates.

Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be referred to binding arbitration or the appropriate courts of competent jurisdiction as determined by Bighoki55 at its election. You agree to submit to the jurisdiction selected by Bighoki55 for the resolution of any such disputes.

Bighoki55 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior individual notice to Members. Material changes will be communicated via a notice on the Platform or by email to registered Members where reasonably practicable.

The revised Terms will be effective from the date of publication on the Platform. Your continued use of the Bighoki55 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 10 of these Terms.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision to these Terms. We recommend that Members review this page periodically to remain informed of any changes.
